Your Care, Your Space, Your Way
At PsychConcierge, we believe that meaningful healing happens when you feel safe, respected, and in control of your care. Our telehealth services are designed around your needs, preferences, and unique journey toward wellness.
Creating Your Safe Space
Understanding Your Rights and Choices
Before we begin working together, we'll review your telehealth consent form, which covers:
How video-based care works and what you can expect
The steps we take to protect your privacy and confidentiality
How we'll work together if any urgent situations arise
Your rights as someone receiving telehealth services
No rushing: We'll take time during your first session to go through this together. Your questions and concerns are always welcome, this is your care, and you deserve to feel fully informed and comfortable.
Privacy That Works for You
Our commitment: We use encrypted, HIPAA-compliant platforms that meet the highest standards for healthcare privacy. Your sessions are never recorded, and your information stays secure.
Your part: We recommend joining from a quiet, private space with reliable internet when possible. If your living situation makes privacy challenging, we're here to problem-solve together and find approaches that work for your circumstances.
Tech troubles? We're happy to help you troubleshoot or find alternative solutions that support your care.
Supporting You Through Difficult Moments
Collaborative safety planning: Together, we'll create a personalized plan for managing emotional distress or crisis situations. This plan will reflect your preferences, strengths, and available supports.
Your local resources: We'll help you identify nearby resources, whether that's a trusted friend, family member, healthcare provider, or crisis center, that align with your values and comfort level.
Transparency in emergencies: In rare situations where immediate safety is a concern, we may need to connect you with emergency services. If this becomes necessary, we'll act with respect for your dignity and autonomy, keeping you informed every step of the way.
Your First Session: What to Expect
Setting the foundation:
We'll confirm your contact information and preferred emergency contact
We'll review your rights and telehealth consent together
We'll explore your goals, hopes, and what you want to achieve through our work together
Our approach: From day one, we're committed to creating a space that honors your expertise about your own life, celebrates your strengths, and focuses on your vision for your wellbeing, not just managing symptoms.
Questions welcome: This is your time and your space. We encourage questions, feedback, and honest communication about what's working and what isn't.

Telehealth Services & Compliance
PsychConcierge is a private, concierge-style mental health practice. We do not participate in insurance networks and provide care through a direct-payment model.
Your Privacy and Safety Are Our Priority
At PsychConcierge, we understand that seeking mental health care requires trust. Our telehealth platform meets all federal HIPAA requirements, ensuring your protected health information remains secure during every virtual session. We exclusively partner with HIPAA-compliant technology vendors who have each signed a business associate agreement (BAA), providing you with the same privacy protections you expect from in-person care.
Comprehensive Telehealth Services in Massachusetts
Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management
Our board-certified prescribers provide comprehensive mental health evaluations and ongoing medication management through secure telehealth platforms. We serve patients throughout Massachusetts, offering convenient access to expert psychiatric care from the comfort of your home or preferred location.
Psychotherapy Services
Our licensed therapists offer evidence-based psychotherapy services via telehealth, including individual therapy, family therapy, and specialized treatment approaches. All sessions are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant video platforms that protect your confidentiality.
Controlled Substance Prescribing via Telehealth
Current Federal Flexibilities
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Department of Health and Human Services have extended telehealth prescribing flexibilities through December 31, 2025. This means our DEA-registered clinicians can prescribe schedule II-V controlled substances during telehealth appointments without requiring an initial in-person evaluation, provided specific criteria are met.
What This Means for You:
Stimulant medications for ADHD can be initiated via telehealth
Anti-anxiety medications may be prescribed during virtual appointments
Sleep medications can be managed through telehealth visits
No mandatory in-person visit required before starting these medications
Our clinicians carefully evaluate each patient's clinical needs and ensure all federal requirements are met when prescribing controlled substances via telehealth.
Federal Telehealth Standards & Patient Benefits
Understanding Current Federal Policies
Recent federal guidelines have established important standards for telehealth delivery that benefit all patients, regardless of insurance status. These regulations inform our practice standards and demonstrate why telehealth can be delivered with the same clinical rigor as in-person care:
Home-Based Care Standards: Federal regulations now permanently recognize that behavioral and mental health telehealth services can be safely and effectively delivered in patients' homes, supporting our commitment to convenient, accessible care.
Audio-Only Service Recognition: Federal authorities have permanently approved audio-only communication platforms for behavioral health services when patients cannot use or prefer not to use video technology, validating our flexible communication options.
No Geographic Restrictions: Federal telehealth policies eliminate geographic limitations for behavioral health services, supporting our ability to serve patients throughout Massachusetts.
Expanded Provider Recognition: Federal policies now recognize marriage and family therapists and mental health counselors as qualified telehealth providers, reflecting the high standards maintained across our clinical team.
Flexible Clinical Requirements
Reduced In-Person Visit Mandates: Federal authorities have suspended requirements for mandatory in-person visits within six months of initial behavioral health telehealth services through September 30, 2025, with additional extensions through January 1, 2026. Although PsychConcierge is not bound by Medicare regulations, we align our practices with these evidence-based federal standards to offer flexible, patient-centered care.
Technology and Accessibility
HIPAA-Compliant Platforms
All PsychConcierge telehealth services utilize technology platforms that meet stringent HIPAA security standards. Our vendors maintain proper safeguards for electronic protected health information and have executed BAAs as required by federal law.
Flexible Communication Options
We offer multiple communication modalities to meet diverse patient needs:
Video Visits: Full audio-video telehealth appointments
Audio-Only Sessions: Phone-based appointments for patients unable or unwilling to use video technology
Secure Messaging: HIPAA-compliant communication between appointments
